At Alterology we run a Loyalty and Membership scheme for our customers, find out more below.
Alterology Loyalty Scheme
We have a very low-tech loyalty card which is stamped on each visit you make on the 10th visit you get £10 off your alteration.
The stamp is based on visits not items albeit we do take allowance of bigger multi-item orders.
Cards can be picked up from the counter when in the shop and you don’t need to register or give any info etc.
The card will be stamped when the order is placed.
Alterology Membership Scheme
If you are a regular user you might want to think about becoming a member. You have to register and there is a monthly charge, direct debit, of £3.95.
For this you get a choice of options on each visit:
- Complimentary upgrade to VIP band. So you pay the regular price but get the VIP upgrade.
- 10% Discount off the order.
It is up to you whether you pick a or b on each visit.
Further there will be ad hoc member only promotions during the course of the year which will only be available to our members.
PLEASE NOTE: Places are limited on our membership scheme as the VIP upgrade includes express service so we need to have limited numbers to ensure we can deliver on it.
